Return and Refund Policy
At Doc Knight MD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on most products. If you wish to return a product
please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@docknightmd.com to request a return authorization number (RA#).
- Once you receive your RA#, please ship the product back to us in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Please include a copy of your original order receipt with the returned product.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria.
- If the returned product meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges and that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Exceptions:
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products that are not in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Products that have been tampered with or altered in any way
